We are seeking to engage an experienced and well-networked Medical Officer with a strong practice background within Kampala — preferably familiar with the Kyebando–Kisalosalo neighborhood and surrounding suburbs.
This role is designed to bring on board a practitioner who is not only clinically competent but also has an established client base and community presence that can help steer FairBanks’ service expansion and growth.
Conduct outpatient consultations and ensure quality patient management.
Supervise and guide clinical staff on diagnosis and treatment plans.
Participate in building strategic patient and community relationships.
Drive growth of the clinic through professional networking and referrals.
Support management in developing new service lines and medical programs.
Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBChB) from a recognized institution.
Full registration and annual practicing license from the Uganda Medical and Dental Practitioners Council (UMDPC).
Minimum 3–5 years of post-internship clinical experience in Kampala.
Proven community or client following is an added advantage.
